How is it that a bathroom fan intended to remove moisture from a small bathroom is made of metal that rusts?  The fan has become unsightly, and will be a royal pain in the butt to replace.  All of this, and then my calls and emails to Customer Service go unanswered.  Extremely disappointed in Hunter, their service, and their product.

I have an older model and tried to get information on how to remove the cover to replace the bulbs.  At one number I was given instructions that didn't work; at another, I was told no support could be given.  I would never buy another Hunter product.

After an hour of trying to align the pins in the notches, I just about threw it out a window.
Poorly designed and flimsy. Engineered like a turd. The connection point leaves me worried about the safety of the product. The lense could fall if not attached properly and injure someone.

I need a replacement part for my ellipse bathroom fan and its been a disaster to try to order the part. I was given a phone number to call,but no body is there or returns the call.

I love the fan. It's quiet and does the job.

** I need to change my review. I am happy with the fan, it is quiet and does the job.
The company was closed due to the COVID which was the source of my frustration. I received an email from Nicole in their Service Dept and all is well! I will receive the missing parts soon.
My apologies for the poor review. It was "CODID's fault"!**


Customer Service, however... My fan is missing 4 nuts. I have left a msg with the ans svc twice and have not received any call back.

Looks like the other 2 reviews are true. HUNTER DOUGLAS BETTER GET ON THE BALL. Right now, I will not buy another HD product unless this small detail is corrected.

I have purchased 4 of these units for my home.  So far 3 of the fans have quit working. I have been waiting to get help to replace the 3rd fan that has quit - almost 2 weeks of trying to get to a representative to help - I only get an off site rep to take a message, and nothing happens!!  No Customer Service!!!

trying to order parts for a clients Prestige bath fan. can't order from the website and have spent over 30 minutes on hold at the 888 number.

NEVER will I ever recommend this company to another client
