Worked 1 day; defective plug |

I bought 2 of these personal humidifiers. One of them only worked for one day. There is something wrong with the plug. When I put the plug from the second one in, they both worked. I have to return this item to HSN for a swap-out, but this is a royal pain. I came to this site to see if I could just get Hunter to send me a new plug because the thing is under warranty, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that on this site. I registered both items on the site yesterday, but today the site did not recognize me, despite the fact that I got confirmation that my products were registered. Not very user friendly. And the thing is, I LOVED this humidifier. What are consumers to do?
