terrible thermostat, no customer service July 20, 2019

The thermostat works very poorly, manual is very little help and forget about the customer service number.  No help and they never call back.  Buy something other than Hunter.

OK product, maybe, but the support is not good February 22, 2019

I've had some issues trying to get the programming correct.  Maybe something is wrong with the thermostat but I wouldn't know.  I've left my contact information with Hunter but I've gotten no responses.  So far, this is NOT a Hunter Fan quality and I would not recommend it simply due to the lack of support.
